It is also possible to take part in a German placement test at FH Münster in order to prove your language skills. Please make sure to contact the university in good time.

03

Submit your application online

Submit your application through My FH Portal, the official online application system of FH Münster. This is the formal step where you upload your documents and start the admissions process for the International Marketing & Sales Master's program.

04

Follow the timeline and check for updates

Submitting your application is not the final step. After applying, you should regularly check My FH portal for status updates, possible missing documents, and important admissions information so that you can react on time if anything is required.

05

Invitation to the interview

Congratulations!

If you receive an invitation to the selection interview, this means you have been selected as one of the 70 strongest applicants in the first stage of the process. As the IMS Master is admission-restricted, participation in the university’s selection procedure is required before continuing in the local NC procedure. The interview is evaluated as part of the final procedure grade, which is based on 49% interview performance and 51% Bachelor grade.

During the interview, you will have the opportunity to present your academic background, previous knowledge, and professional goals, while your motivation for the program will also be assessed. To prepare well, you should familiarize yourself with the study program in advance.

06

Prepare your enrolment documents

Once the application process and interview stage have been completed, applicants receive information on the outcome of their application. If you are admitted to the IMS Master, the next step is to prepare your enrolment documents and complete the formal enrolment process within the specified deadline.

At this stage, you should carefully review the enrolment instructions provided by FH Münster, make sure all requested documents are complete, and submit everything on time. Admission alone does not complete the process - enrolment is required to officially secure your place in the program.

07

Complete your enrolment and pay the semester contribution fee

To finalize your place in the IMS Master, you must complete the enrolment process in full. This includes uploading all required enrolment documents, submitting proof of health insurance, and paying the semester contribution fee of €372,01 per semester. Once all requirements have been fulfilled, FH Münster will issue your official proof of enrolment and your student ID number.
