Accommodation & housing options

Finding a room in Münster should be done early, because student housing is in high demand. Accommodation for studying at FH Münster is managed externally, with the university actively guiding students through the entire process. Students have to apply directly to the Studierendenwerk, and rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The biggest advice for any incoming FH Münster or IMS student is to apply for housing as early as possible - ideally the moment you decide to study in Münster, not after receiving your acceptance letter.
